Shipping policy

We're glad to offer free shipping on all E3RF merchandise store orders — shipping costs are already built into our product pricing, so there are no surprise fees at checkout.
Shipping Rates
- All orders within the United States ship free.
- At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Order Tracking
Tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at store@e3rf.org.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, weather, holidays, or carrier delays may affect delivery times beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will help track down any order that seems delayed.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. E3RF is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address, but we're happy to help however we can if this happens.
